This Saturday (8/24) we have two bottle offerings for you when we open! WBP2 (Wild Barrel Project #2) is a saison we brewed with our good friend of funk Bobby Wood. This saison spent over a year aging in a blend of white wine, red wine and gin barrels and was finished on whole Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Bottle conditioned with brett for many months and ready to drink. 6.5% $10 a bottle. Next up we have this year's version of Scary Joy; our imperial oatmeal brown ale. This is a bigger version than last year (11%) that spent 15 months in bourbon barrels and was conditioned on twice the amount of coconut and as always whole vanilla beans. $8 a bottle with a limit of 12. Hope to see you Saturday! Cheers and stay tuned for new beers this week!
